Boutique Services

The goal of the Stein Mart Boutique Program is to provide customer service that is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. As personal shoppers, the members of the Boutique team share their expertise with a large network of contacts and assist customers with their wardrobe and fashion needs.

Boutique Team

Each Boutique is staffed by a fashion-savvy group of women who work part-time at Stein Mart. Off the job, their lives are a busy mix of community activities, family responsibilities, volunteer work, and, in some cases, a second career. The women who work in the Boutique are recruited and trained to provide fashion advice that will suit various lifestyles. In their role as personal shoppers, they have a unique understanding of the customer's needs.

Boutique Locator

We know how important it can be to find the right outfit for a special occasion. Our Boutique staff will do everything we can to help. If you find a garment you love in our Boutique but can't find the right size, ask about our Boutique Locator service. We'll send word to all Stein Mart Boutiques. If your item is in stock somewhere else, we'll order it for you.
