• After 60 days, you can return a Stein Mart purchase accompanied by a valid receipt for the current selling price. Depending on your method of payment, you will receive an exchange, credit or refund.
• There is a 10-day waiting period for any refund on purchases made with a check.

  Generally, we can help you make an alternative selection if the item you are returning is still in stock and in new condition. Or if you prefer, we may issue an ecredit after verifying your valid ID. When purchasing a gift, ask for a gift receipt.
