Given the changing environment caused by COVID-19, Stein Mart is committed to doing the right thing for our customers and associates. As some of our stores are closed, we will be flexible about any returns you may have. With this in mind, we are expanding our return policy so you can make in-store returns or SteinMart.com returns within 30 days of our stores reopening.

If you don't love what you bought online or in-store, we’re happy to accept your return at any Stein Mart store location with a valid receipt, online order invoice or order confirmation email. You can also return your online purchase via mail by simply using the pre-addressed shipping label included with your online order invoice.
